KUWAIT: In a landmark achievement for human capital development, the National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) has successfully concluded its 2025 training program, marking the largest batch of trainees in the bank’s history. At the forefront of this strategic initiative is Gadeer Al-Kooheji, VP - Head of Talent Acquisition, Group Human Resources, who is championing the bank's vision to shape the future leaders of Kuwait.
The program welcomed a record-breaking 124 students from 32 local and international universities, reflecting NBK's unwavering commitment to youth empowerment and sustainable growth.
